01 briefing
First thing we do - we identify the project's objectives, requirements, and constraints, in order to build a foundation for the subsequent creative process by providing a clear vision and direction for the design.
02 research
A research is needed to gain insight into the target audience, their needs, and preferences. This stage allows for a deep understanding of the audience's motivations and aspirations, ensuring that the design meets their expectations and creates a memorable experience.
03 Wireframing
In order to establish the layout and functionality of the design, we come to wireframing. It involves creating a basic visual representation of the layout and functionality of a website. Simply put - we create a sketch, a blueprint, that helps establish the structure, navigation, and user experience of a website.
04 User-testing
This step is very important. We evaluate the wireframes' usability and identify areas for improvement through user testing. We receive feedback and make necessary changes to ensure a more user-friendly experience.
05 Visual identity
Developing the visual identity is a critical step in the design development process. Here we select the color scheme, typography, and other visual elements that create a cohesive and visually appealing design.
06 Concept
Once the wireframes and visual identity are established the concept is created. This stage incorporates the wireframes, visual identity, and user feedback to create a cohesive and engaging design.
07 User-testing
Another round of user testing is conducted to evaluate the concept's effectiveness and identify any further areas for improvement. This stage ensures that the design meets the audience's needs and preferences and creates a memorable experience.
08 final design
After all feedback and design elements are incorporated, the final design is developed. This stage brings all the creative pieces together to create a cohesive and visually stunning design that meets the project's objectives and requirements. Ta-da!
09 project support
The final stage in the design development process involves maintaining, and providing ongoing updates to ensure the design's effectiveness over time. This stage ensures that the design remains relevant and engaging long after the project's completion.

01 PRODUCT AUDIT
We take a very close look at the existing website to assess the quality and effectiveness of the website that already exists. We focus on design, functionality, usability and overall user experience.
02 research
Next, we gather data and insights to form the design process and set the goals we want to achieve with the new design. We analyze user behaviour on the current website, conduct surveys and interviews with users and examine the competitors' websites to find best practices and opportunities for differentiation.
03 refining wires
At this stage we refine the original wireframes of the original website to include more detail and functionality. The goal of refining wires is to create a more comprehensive and detailed blueprint of the website's design and functionality, which can be used as a basis for creating a high-fidelity prototype.
04 User-testing
This step is very important. We evaluate the wireframes' usability and identify areas for improvement through user testing. We receive feedback and make necessary changes to ensure a more user-friendly experience.
05 moodboards
We create moodboards in order to assist designers and stakeholders. They help to visualize and agree on the aesthetic and branding for the website before delving into detailed design work. They also serve as a reference point throughout the design process to maintain consistency in the website's mood and tone.
